Agreement to Terms

By booking a service through Oasis Cleaning Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund & Reclean Policy, Service Guarantee, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not book services.

Services

Oasis Cleaning Solutions coordinates professional residential cleaning services in Dallas, Texas. Services are performed by independent contractors who are vetted and insured.

Booking & Payment

• Pricing is displayed before booking and confirmed via email
• Payment is collected at time of booking via credit card
• Full payment is required to confirm your appointment
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
• Refunds and credits are issued per our Refund & Reclean Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 48-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: 50% service fee (or $49, whichever is greater)
• No-shows, same-day cancellations, and lockouts: full service charge

• Emergency exceptions reviewed case-by-case

Access & Safety

• Customers must provide safe, legal access to service locations
• Customers must disclose any hazardous conditions (mold, pests, structural damage) before booking
• Utilities (water, electricity) must be available during service
• Pets must be secured for cleaner safety
• Parking access must be provided when required

Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, defects, or normal wear and tear
• Damage to items not properly secured or disclosed during booking
• Damage resulting from undisclosed conditions (mold, pests, structural issues)
• Service delays or cancellations due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate booking information
• Items valued over $500 unless specifically disclosed before service
• Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, collectibles, or other high-value items left unsecured

Customers should secure or disclose valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before service.

Independent Contractor Relationship

Cleaning services are performed by independent contractors who are vetted and insured. Oasis Cleaning Solutions acts as a booking platform connecting customers with these professionals. Contractors are not employees of Oasis Cleaning Solutions and are responsible for their own insurance, supplies, and tax obligations.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will work to resolve the issue per our Refund & Reclean Policy.

Website Use

Users may not misuse, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any laws while using the Oasis Cleaning Solutions website.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
